We are committed to fighting corruption, protecting whistleblowers, assisting seafarers, and ensuring fair treatment for every individual facing injustice, negligence, or administrative failure.

The Anti-Corruption, Vigilance and Maritime Grievance Forum of India is a multi-sectoral public welfare initiative registered under MSME, Government of India.

Our Mission:-

  • Our mission is to bridge the gap between citizens, seafarers, and government authorities β€” ensuring that no grievance goes unheard and no act of corruption remains unchallenged.
  • We assist in drafting, documenting, and forwarding grievances, complaints, and RTIs to the concerned departments and authorities with professionalism, discretion, and transparency

We work to strengthen integrity within:

  • Maritime Administration (DGS, Shipping Companies, RPSL Firms)
  • Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways
  • Ministry of Labour & Employment
  • Police and Vigilance Departments
  • Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
  • Central Vigilance Commission (CVC)
  • Directorate General of Shipping (DGS)
  • Human Rights Commissions (NHRC, SHRC)
  • Maritime Welfare Boards and NGOs
  • Public Grievance & Pension Ministry
  • Corporate Ethics & CSR Divisions

Our focus is not confrontation, but collaboration for transparency and accountability β€” ensuring every voice is represented before the right authority.

Who We Are

  • We are an independent, citizen-led and maritime-supported forum of professionals, seafarers, and legal advisors working for the cause of justice, ethics, and vigilance.
  • Our role is to help citizens and seafarers in communicating their grievances to the concerned authorities β€” including maritime, labour, police, and administrative departments β€” in a lawful, structured, and evidence-based manner.
  • We are not a government department, but we are a public welfare bridge between the system and the citizens β€” ensuring your concern reaches the right place, in the right way.

Since our inception, the ACIC has made significant strides in raising awareness, shaping policy, and driving legislative changes that address the complex and pervasive issue of corruption worldwide

CEO Message

> β€œCorruption may silence a few voices,
but it cannot silence the truth forever.”

  • Friends, For more than two decades, I have walked through the decks of ships and the corridors of government offices, witnessing both the strength and the struggle of honest Indians β€” especially our seafarers, workers, and citizens who fight daily battles against injustice, exploitation, and neglect.
  • The Anti-Corruption, Vigilance and Maritime Grievance Forum of India was born not from ambition, but from necessity β€” a necessity to restore faith in accountability, to ensure that every grievance finds its way to justice, and to remind institutions that the power of the people still matters.
  • Our organization stands as a national watchdog of integrity β€” independent, lawful, and fearless. We are not against the system; we are a part of the system that still believes in clean governance and honest administration.
  • Through our maritime, vigilance, and social welfare wings, we are building a network that connects citizens, seafarers, and authorities under one transparent umbrella β€” where corruption is questioned, truth is protected, and justice is pursued without fear or favour.
  • I invite every Indian β€” be it a seafarer, worker, officer, or student β€” to join this movement of integrity.
  • Together, we can create an India where truth does not need influence, only courage.
